(March 19, 2016): A. David MacKinnon – The Past Is A Foreign Country

From the 2012 album of the same name, The Past Is A Foreign Country.  When you have spent the first half of your life in the United States and the second half in Australia, the past is, literally, a foreign country.  Figuratively, sometimes, it seems even more so.  MacKinnon was part of the Fembots from the late 1990s to the late 2000s.  He is a Toronto based piano player who, so far as I can tell, as a solo artist has this one release on bandcamp.
