(December 31, 2015): Freddie Hubbard – Take It To The Ozone

From the 1978 album, Super Blue.  What chops Freddie Hubbard had early on.  This outing saw him successfully rekindle the sort of creativity of the 1960s after some middling releases.  Here his is with Ron Carter, Jack DeJohnette, Kenny Barron, Hubert Laws, and Joe Henderson.  George Benson appeared elsewhere on the LP.
