(August 8, 2015): Chicago – Dialogue (Parts I and II)

From the 1972 album, Chicago V.  Back when Robert Lamm’s output of great original stuff was remarkable and Terry Kath was still around on guitar.  But the start of the shift to pop — “Saturday in the Park” is the big single on the album.  It is the band’s first single album release.  This tune, the other single off the LP (clocking in at over 7 mins), is the closest the album comes to an extended suite with Parts I & II.
