(Mar. 1, 2015): Van Morrison – If I Ever Needed Somebody

From the 1970 album, His Band and the Street Choir.  Emily Houston, Jackie Verdell, and Judy Clay on backing vocals.  There were three charting singles off this LP: “Domino”, “Blue Money”, and “Call Me Up in Dreamland”.  Two tracks on side B are listed differently on the label and back cover of the LP (tracks 3 and 4 are reversed) .  Apparently A&R studios in New York where the album was recorded had pretty good coffee.  It gets special thanks on the back cover.
