(May 25, 2014): Cabaret Voltaire – Split Second Feeling

From the 1981 album, Red Mecca.  This was back when the band consisted of Stephen Mallinder, Richard H. Kirk and Chris Watson and the sound was much more experimental, even industrial.  It was much more reflective of the band’s namesake — an old nightclub in Zurich that had been a centre for the early Dada movement.  Much different than the later blend of electronic pop, dance and house music.
